I thought this church was very picturesque with the crosses and how it was painted. It is located in Deer Park, the next town north of Spokane.

Nice click. Am I seeing moiré pattern.. or is it just my eyes?

@Sathya: Could be. My camera doesn't have a filter.

In my eyes if we look at the church without the whole atmosphere it is something so-real .

This religious photo urges the viewer to "look up." Some of us do a lot of that on this Easter Sunday. Happy Celebration to you, Don!

Nice shot, Don. I see the moiré pattern, too.

20 Apr 2014 11:23pm

@Steve Rice: Tomorrow I'll open that file in Photoshop and see if I can reprocess that pattern out. This is the first time I've seen a moire pattern in a shot from the 800e.

Excellent old wooden church. Must have been tough framing the sign and church while still maintaining a relatively normal perspective, but I think the sign adds a lot to the composition.

I just had to google this church...it was built over a 100 years ago, and moved to this location in 1950!
