Don - Slackwater (
l think this bush in the yard near my home is Oregon Grape. I like its holly-looking leaves and distinctive berries. The bright sunlight and shadow of the house provided brilliant contrast but almost blown out berries.
Oui oui c'est un mahonia....
Avec ses splendides couleurs du soleil...et ses feuilles brillantes.

Beautiful foliage for the oregon grape; the leaves are so unique compared to the grape plants here in the north east ... great capture!

wow, what an attractive closeup of this beautiful plant and flower ... i have several of them in my garden, where they grow like weeds, actually ... ;-)
