Dog Rose or Prim Rose

A flower from my archives. This week will be our first this winter without a freeze at night. I'm celebrating with a flower shot for the coming summer and all the flowers it will bring! Two names have been suggested as I write this so I decided to use both of them. Thanks.

I am reminded of the Prim Rose that I used to make out of wood fiber when I was a child. Really looks like them. Love those petals that are not geometric, you know. They are like scarves in the wind. Reminds me of cream cheese icing which is in my post tomorrow I think. You will smile. This is an exquisite image by the way, Don.
