Gazebo Fog

Posted by

A backyard and gazebo in Port Angeles, Washington. A house and on the Strait of Juan de Fuca can be seen through the fog. The center of the Strait is border between Canada and the US. I like the picture for its white picket and the gazebo as prominent objects providing contrast to the dense fog.

Looks like a great place to sit while the fog clears!

Your fog shots are always mysterious in feel. Probably on a sunny summer's day, this would not be a shot, but the fog makes it special

On a sunnier day this must be a perfect spot to sit for a while.

It's an intriguing pic...lots to think about and discover. I wish it had been windy and the flagpole had a flag on it, spread out, would have really added that extra something! :OD

This is fantastic, love how the gazebo is on a slight down slope, and the fog is in the distance. Love this in b/w!

Gazebo ... lovely word ! many years ago I was a fan of Gazebo - a singer - it was my first time to know this word . Now your foggy gazebo in B&W is great . Lovely place to relaxation .

What I like about this image is that you saw the photo and took it; and it works. I think I would have seen too many problems and not taken the photo. I learn things from your black and white photos every time you post one.

The slightly rundown state of the fence and the slightly askew gazebo are attractive elements in this shot.
