Amish Farm

A drive-by shot of this Amish barnyard near Yoder, a small Amish town in central Kansas. The pristine farms around Yoder are neat and clean in every way. "Yoder has prospered, inviting visitors to take a step back in time and enjoy Amish settlement. The town is a quaint mixture of the past and present, as horse buggies are intermingled with cars and trucks. Many businesses cater to the tourist trade, making it convenient to enjoy this wonderful Amish community." Previously published in B&W.

Good morning Don,
Yes, it looks very clean and well maintained. The Amish life is known to me. They live simply and are very satisfied. It is admirable for the modern time. A beautiful photo that I like very much again. 5 Stars ***** This morning, the sun appears. The outside temperature is 8.8 degrees Celsius plus. Nature gets the autumn colors. It is beautiful to look at. We wish you a nice sunny day, all the best and health including your family and friends. Dear greetings from Christel, Detlev and Ranger. Take care, my friend.

The thing I like about taking pictures of Amish barns, no electrical lines to get in the way. Makes for a good clean shot. Love this one.
