Don - Slackwater (
I kept hoping I'd get a total reflection of a finch on my birdbath, but it hasn't happened. This image with the strong light coming from the side caused an imbalance in the bird's illumination, but I liked the reflection. So here it is, shot through my computer room window, on a so-so Saturday.
Aren't finches delightful? I especially like the detail in the reflection.

Pretty little goldfinch. We rarely see them here although we have regular house finches.

pretty little friend, nice capture, great reflection (even if incomplete)!
on the last couple of days, sparrows came to my window, sat on the wooden frame and pecked on the glass, so as if to capture my attention. but when i took my camera, ever so slowly, the flew away ...)
