A shot in the conservatory. The cactus room has many cacti making it difficult to isolate any one kind for a picture. In this shot I liked the high contrast, dramatic look of the cactusi. The greenhouse covering in the cactus room makes it quite bright, so I was surprised to get a view of a cactus that had this much darkness in it.

Impressive variety of cacti. I like the bright light on them!

I very much like the white needled cati that make up the bulk of the image. The top is a little dead, with mostly negative space.

Good evening, Don
The cacti are beautiful. The strong green in the foreground, and every single sting of the rear cactus is expressed excellently. The bright light supports the general view positively. For me, as a cactus-friend, it is a delight to admire such a beauty. For that I give you 5 stars ***** My Christmas cactus has many buds and blooms again soon. Today I'm late. I had to do something. Thanks for the e-mail. It made us very happy. I reply at the weekend. Thank you for all your nice comments. Have a nice evening and all the best including your family and friends. Dear greetings Christel and Detlev. Take care, my friend.
