You guess what I've been re-reading the last few days. My glasses were parked on the sixth in the Harry Potter series and I liked the slight magnification they gave the title. So out came the camera for a couple of shots.
Cool. Very observant, u r, but i guess a good photog got to be

A mundane object made a great shot!

It could be used for an advertisement of the Harry Potter books.

Way cool. I've never read the series but I know they're very good.

nice one, I loved the books
8 Mar 2010 4:31pm
My boys were so eager to read the 5th one when they were younger so they bought it in English, and read it from cover to cover. I'm still a bit amazed by that ;-) I love the series too.
I like how your glasses gives the text a 3D effect.

Very original, well considering,Don
8 Mar 2010 5:17pm
Did you like the book as well?
8 Mar 2010 6:05pm
Sometimes we just don't see things that are obvious. Nice job.

Good evening, Don,
It is a fantastic reproduction. It is almost grandiose, and very imaginative. It is advantageous that you have a pair of glasses. I'm excited. The presentation is great to express, as well as color. This experiment should I even try to make. Let's see what comes out. <<Today was a normal day and I had a lot to do. The outside temperature this morning was minus 3 degrees Celsius. By afternoon the sun was shining and it was very
pleasant. The day passed with a soft blue-pink sky. The next mail follow in a few days.>> I wish you and your family a wonderful evening and thank you for your nice comment.
Dear greetings Christel and 5 stars ***** Take care my friend.

Nicely "framed" and I like the gradual fall-off of light. The gold fairly glows.

The 3D effect is amazing. Underlines how important is the choice of a typography for a book's cover. Very nicely done.
