While in Riverfront Park I noticed this lady feeding the ducks and geese. A common sight on many mornings, but wait. This lady had arrived in a powered wheelchair, stopped, abandoned the wheelchair and with considerable difficulty made her way down the stairs to meet the ducks and geese half way. The ducks and geese hustled from all over the waterfront to get "their" bit of bread. Flapping, paddling, and flying, sometimes with crash landings, they conquered the stairs to meet the bread lady. And the wheelchair, unneeded, sat empty.
