These are connections on a huge Travel-lift in the Port Townsend boat repair yard. I suppose these are part of the hydraulic system controlling the mobile crane. 'The largest Marine Travelift on site is capable of lifting vessels up to 150 feet long with a maximum beam of 30'10', weighing up to 330 tons.
