The Thing

Posted by Slackwater - Don (Spokane, United States) on 16 June 2012 in Abstract & Conceptual.

A novelty shot for Saturday. Several asked what I used to create this abstract. It was an old pair of sneakers and their laces that I hoped to use as an abstract, but was ready to discard the shot when I decided to use PS and see what could be developed. I hope everyone is having a great Father's Day weekend.

@grouser: old sneakers and laces.

I think I see a seahorse. Or is it a dolphin? Certainly some aquatic creatures, riding a wave and on the move to rescue a princess in distress. : )
VERY GOOD PRESENTATION!
