A Lupine at my daughter and son-in-law's house. I liked the formation of the blossom. The siding on the house proved to be a reasonable background.

Indeed, a perfect color balance here . . a length of that siding in the bottom of the camera bag might well be useful !

that curve works very nicely as I scroll up and down the frame. We spell it without an E this side of the pond. It's interesting how these little differences occur.
