An Equipment Barn

I shot this on the way south to while riding shotgun with my daughter. The shed behind had a windmill near by, but it made the image so long as to be ineffective so I cropped if off.. I post a barn picture each Tuesday in support of Tricia'a Barn Charm where you can see a number of old barns.

They have character, these barns. This one has some tilt, a few sections of roof panel missing, and that red paint that I always find so appealing.

Despite the distance, i like the detail visible on the red planks of the wall, the ladder hanging there, and the open door with its "Z." The freshly plowed field provides a nice foreground.
