Spring RunoffPosted by Don (spokane, United States) on 20 November 2009 in Documentary & Street and Portfolio. The Spokane River and this bridge are a block from downtown Spokane. Originally the city was called Spokane Falls, a name I wish the citizens had kept. In the spring the water volume increases to an impressive state. I was able to take a picture of two during one of those periods. A scanned medium format negative.
